Solicitud de nulidad del Auto 1734/22, formulada por el representante legal de la sociedad accionante Colbank SA.

El precitado proveído resolvió la nulidad de la Sentencia T-169/22, por no satisfacer el requisito de oportunidad, en tanto se presentó la petición de manera extemporánea.

En vista de que la Corte agotó cualquier debate sobre la nulidad de la Sentencia T-169/22 y en la medida en que dicha decisión no puede ser objeto de anulación, la Sala Plena concluyó que la solicitud de nulidad del Auto 1734/22 es improcedente y, por ello, decidió RECHAZARLA.

  2. SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, la presente decisión a las partes, con la advertencia de que contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
